Q. Can you tell me what my login details are?
A. You can have your login information emailed to you by clicking on the "Forgotten your Password" link located on the VAM Homepage and entering your email address into the field provided. This must be the same email address that is in your VAM user profile.

Q. I can't log into VAM. It keeps coming up with a message telling me "User name or password not recognised".
A. Your login details are case sensitive, so ensure Caps Lock is not active on your keyboard and that you are typing in your details EXACTLY as they appear in your profile. Also, if your password is auto-filling, delete the auto-filled information and type your password into the now empty field.

Q. I have received an "Update your VAM password" email and I don't know what it means.
A. For security reasons all user logon accounts are programmed to expire after a set period (usually 3 months). This email is to warn you that this period is about to be reached. To avoid your account being disabled, you should log into VAM and change your password by using the "My Profile" link.

Q. My VAM login access has expired. What should I do?
A. Click on the "Contact Us" link located on the VAM Homepage to access the email form or phone numbers. Contact us using either method and ask for your access to be reactivated. Please include your full name and the VAM Client that you belong to.

Q. How can I become a VAM User?
A. There are two methods to apply for access to VAM.
• Contact your company VAM Administrator and they should be able to set you up as a VAM User.
• Complete and submit the VAM User Application Form located (as a link) on the VAM Homepage.

Q. Can you please make my password come up automatically?
A. Your password auto-filling is an Internet browser function not a VAM function and because it is a function that is controlled locally on your computer we have no control over it. Your company's IT Department should be able to assist you with this.

Q. I have heard you have a product that you can download high-resolution files directly from the Internet. How do I get access?
A. Please register for VAM-Central, ensuring you follow ALL the steps listed below.
• Browse to http://www.vamcentral.com/ in your Internet Browser.
• You will see a box with the words "Need Hi-Res Imagery?" Click YES.
• A list of Terms and Conditions will be displayed and you are given the choice whether to Accept or Decline.
• Press Accept and you will be taken to an application form. Complete your details and Register.
• A list of companies whose images are available on VAM-Central is listed. Select the company or companies you require and apply.
• When your application has been accepted you will receive an email to confirm you now have access to VAM-Central.
